Not feeling your face? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

What we accept

• Unworn, unwashed masks in their original condition and packaging.
• Wrong, damaged or defective items — send us a photo and we will replace them or refund you in full, including shipping.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed masks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

Email tsvtanov@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it.

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where the order was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Want a different design or pack size? Start a return and place a new order — with free shipping it is faster than a swap, and it guarantees the design you want does not sell out while we wait.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. The hygiene exception above applies to masks that have been worn.
