Shipping

Every LEGO FACE order is packed by hand and dispatched by our fulfilment partners. Here is exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

Germany: 8–15 business days
Everywhere else: 8–15 business days

These are honest dropship lead times, not next-day promises. The large majority of orders arrive inside that window; customs checks or carrier backlogs can occasionally add a few days. If your order runs late, email us and we will chase it for you.

Cost

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum spend and no surprise shipping line at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships. Allow 2–3 business days for the first carrier scan to appear; tracking can stay quiet while the parcel moves between hubs.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. Those charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email tsvtanov@gmail.com within 12 hours and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
