Shipping policy

All orders ship worldwide for free. Here is what to expect.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Germany: 8–15 business days
Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

These are realistic dropship lead times. Customs checks and carrier delays can occasionally extend them. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, contact us and we will investigate.

Cost

Free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your parcel ships. Allow 2–3 business days for the first scan to appear.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email tsvtanov@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stalls for more than 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
