Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data LEGO FACE collects, why, and what rights you have. It applies to xpihgb-by.myshopify.com.

What we collect

Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order contents — needed to fulfil your order.
Payment data: handled by Shopify Payments and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used to keep your cart working and to measure store performance.
Communications: emails you send us and our replies.

Why we use it

To process and ship orders, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only where you have opted in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes order and payment data on our behalf. We also share the minimum necessary data with fulfilment partners and carriers to deliver your order, and with service providers for email and analytics. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our fulfilment partners may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law (generally 10 years in Germany). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for 24 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email tsvtanov@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the cart and checkout, and optional analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may stop working.
